Croming

The galvanic processing Dept. is placed in the branch of Gorla Minore (VA) - Via Colombo 57, comprises two decorative nickel/croming equipments for iron artefacts and a washing equipment for stainless steel.

The Company is provided with AIA : Integrated Environmental Authorization .
The Equipments are bridge crane type, static type and their cycles are managed by computer systems.
The main feature of our equipments is production-flexibility, due to the fact that every tank is provided with a dedicated rectifier.
Every production-phase, both pieces-preparation and nickel/crome electroplating is schedulable, with the possibility of managing more parts types at the same time.
In the washing equipment, Stainlees Steel AISI 304 and AISI 441 parts are treated through degreasing and drying.
The equipments are provided with a chemical and physical sewage treatment plant.
